What is the most important thing for a new employee to get a new job the experience or qualification?

both of them is so important to get the job but for the fresh graduation who has no experience qualifaction should match the poisition then he will got the experience while working

Qualification is Important to Get the First Job, Then Need Only Experience for all Time.

Qualification plays an important role to find a new job because s/he is fresh candidate.

Experience as well as qualification.

For junior staff qualification is the decisive factor.
Senior staff qualifies by experience in the right field.

For Higher Job as per the Qualification one get from higher University in any Field, First he get a Fresh job at the Junior Position , when he work at the Junior Position , he get the Experience , then he apply for the proper Job as per his Qualification Then the Job given authority check his Profile of Junior Position, they will come to know about the Working ability of Job seeker, First Qualification is necessary for the Concern Job, then little bit Experience at the Junior position must give you better chance for Higher Job as per your Qualification.

In uae you need to be qualified to get a job however for a better job you need the uae experience to get the better job , when switching jobs you can experienced but not qualified and get it a good example was me previously I was in food and beverage and I switched to customer service which I had no qualifications but I had experience and now I'm certainly both qualified and experienced

Experience is more important than qualifications in my opinion and there is a basic quiestion in any interview >> how many of experience do you have? and the interviewers are very interested in your answer more than your grade in your certificate It`s very difficult for fresh graduates to find a convenient job for his/her education without experience
