Is there any treatment available for C.P. Patients, Post Stroke Recovery of Facial Palsy in traditional way of treatment?

I believe there is treatment for Bell's Palsy based on use of Corticosteroids  orally given in a specific dose   which is recommended by Physician as per/kg body weight and then tapered over a period of time.It is followed by some physical facial exercise rehabilitative measures.
