What is the internal policy for your company at the disaster times ?

If any employee belongs to the disaster hit area, unconditional leaves and loan facility is provided. If the disaster is far from the company location, normal operations continue but incase its the same area, all employees continue working from home. So the daily operations dont get disturbed but also safety of employees is guaranteed.
