Managerial positions are very demanding positions , Duties and responsibilities are not limited to defined JD etc 

Helping in deciding upon the organization design falls under the Executive Board responsiblity and the Corporate Governance committee who set the framework for the polices, regulations and legislation that directs the organization towards it's objectives.
