How do you know it is time to leave your start-up?

when you wont regret leaving it, in other words if you tried every single option to survive.
Finally its ok to close your startup ,this is normal in the entrepreneurs world; but you have to pursuit your dream , entrepreneurs are special and we cannot give up :)

i think it depends on the kind of the start-up because each start-up has it's special conditions
