  • By planning and conducting various engagement activities like games, celebrations during Birthdays, festivals etc. Having small activities planned during lunch or break times.  This helps to break routine and employees feel energised 
  • Having star performers identified every week/ fortnightly. This will motivate them to perform consistently.
  • Employees like to be heard. Managers should meet their teams regularly to discuss issues if any.
  • Job Rotation as this helps the employees to learn and acquire new skills and also break the routine.
