What inspires you to write dialogue? Where do you get your ideas from?

3- some situations in the real life 

You see, when you're writing scripts or stories, it starts with a germinal idea, like: when I see someone who seems to be timid - and I create a scene where an antagonist try to manipulate that timid person. From that scene, I build my story and dialogue.  The keyword phrase here is germinal idea.

The characters are the source of inspiration for dialogues in addition to the plot, the dynamics of the characters and their relationship with one another.
