Do you think that we must applay the communicative approach rather than competence based approach in teaching English ?

The communicative approach is what should be used for teaching purposes in my opinion. It enables students to relate and apply what they are being taught to the real world leaving them with better understanding. It also gives them the chance to practice the language because  practice makes perfect
