How can we change middle letter of a sentences. For example : Farmer, M should be change with some other letter in every row.

Using the combination Ctrl+F, a dialogue box will open on the screen where, on the Find line, you simply type "Farmer", then on the Replace line simply type the word with the M letter replaced, e.g. "Farther", or you can simply select Replace All.
