Why the fresh graduated Egyptian engineers cant find a job ? Why Engineers Salaries in Egypt are extremely low ?

Fresh Engineers can get get the job, only need to constraint on searching job and he will get the any opportunity  in respective field. About the salaries in Egypt i am not aware about but initially in the start of new job there is some less salaries in the market in all around the world.
