How will you make your customer agree to purchase more items from your company?

By listing all the positives and advantages that my product offer against a list of competitors' products negatives. However, I would keep a profile of reality especially if my product has an evident limitation and I would intervene by saying that our costumer service and R&D are aware of this and we are working on it to offer always the best product.
