I think the main reason behind any success in your work is to be dedicated to the company, organization or school which you work in. What do you think?

What can help both teachers and the school administrators in helping teachers being so.

Its a difficult question.

According to me, for a manager or administrator, one should be a role model before ordering to anyone else. In this way his orders 'll obeyed and so on dedication showed up in teachers.
