How do world's top universities educate students?

From my experience  there is nothing called top university or not top university ,, top university mean more expensive than other university special those what they called private university ,, they are only from rich students .. i graduate from state university at USA and i know all about that ,, for the education in general at those university all they are equal or less educations that states or government university ,, and all they teach the same way ................................thanks.

The newspaper "The Times" British issued in the private higher education supplement, arrangement of the best universities in the world, came in the introduction to this list: Harvard University (USA) and Yale University (United States) and the University of Cambridge (UK) and the University of Oxford (UK) and the Institute of Massa Chuseits of Technology "Am.aa.ta" (United States) and the Imperial College of London (or the Royal College London) (UK). This classification was based on the grounds that the ability of universities to foreign students and professors famous attraction.

No university in the world can become the top most in one day. It took these institutions centuries to achieve this status. It's the experience that these institutions have passing through different issues and resolving them in ages. 

It gives them the edge over the rest and they teach by using an advanced methodology which even some of the contemporary institutions can not even think of. 

This difference of level can be easily felt by those who get the opportunity to learn in different international universities.
