How do you define customer satisfaction?

When a customer get convinced with your products or services NOT by getting confused with your sales/marketing person and when they come back to you for another deal. I call it 'customer satisfaction'. Rest is all theoretical drama.. 

No Complaints and appreciation in terms of doing further business and/or recommendations from that customer is "Customer satisfaction".

First we have to analysis the customer mind setup and send the goods to customer or service the customer with in the respective time period.

when a customer recommends others to use the product or go for another deal. Becoz only when we like it and are satisfied we recommend others to use or we go for another deal. 

Fulfilling the customer needs and give him the right formatted hints ,information, advertisements and commercials to value the product he's about to consume .
