Lack of motivation among students

Untrained teachers as many people take up teaching profession as their pass time and, lack of cooperation and understanding from parents as they feel that their only responsibility is to criticise school and teachers.

Every region and country has different problems in education system but I found one thing common in most parts of the world. It is lack of support for the teachers from parents of the students.

Bad  parenting I think this is main problem that parents don't look after their kids after school , another reason the absence of the teacher's morality in the class with the tendency to look only for private lessons
