Selecting a sales training provider can be unpleasant experience as you’ve got to cut through the haze of provider brochures and unique selling propositions and then you’ve got to determine whether he/she is a good fit for your company and if they will really make a difference to your business, here are the main points you need to make sure of following when you are in the selecting process:

1-      Min 10 years of real sales experience in difference markets and different business lines

2-      At least read 10 sales books since he will be delivering best practices according to worldwide theories

3-      Consistent top performer.

5-      He has a proper TOT (train of trainer) training

 

6-      He has (at least) conducted 100 training hours with 85% rating of overall performance
