An Employer can satisy his employee by giving/providing their needs/rights.

I m not calling the Employee asking for something related to his work.if the Employer needs something urgent he should apologize before he asks his question.

Hello, i am not sure if i got your answer well but i will try to answer based on this: i understand the question that: how can an Employer satisfy his Employee while the Employee is in vacation? my answer is by:
1- not calling the Employee asking for some thing related to his work.
2- if the Employer need some thing urgent he should apologize before he ask his question.
3- the Employer should give an impression that he is happy for him to take a vacation to have rest.
