First of all the lady need to go to the doctor who  can diagnos what  kind of dementia diseases she problebly has. Whit scaning of the brain, the docter can see wich part of the brain who are damage of the Dementia disease. It could be Alzheimer, lewy body, vascular blood dementia. But problemly Alzheimer disease or som mixt kind. And she need some medicine with anti-retroviral effect.

If the lady not get any help,  she will get starving to death, and for shorts time she maby can have home carer for support her with feeding and cleaning.

And it's  realy inportant that the family get right information and support abaut the Dementia diseases diagnos the lady got, and how the disease can develop and make her need more helping in the future.

For the long term the lady need to get in to a nursing home for people with Dementia Disease,  there she can get the right  help, medication, support, help and to unburden the family. She can have confortably and a good life even she have the Dementia disease in her last years in her life.
