Missing from the standard form of contract that your company used on same situation ? Dismiss your negotiation team and the people responsible with the final form of contract, if they didn't had an express mandate to accept the changes in the contract form.

If the missing obligations can be found in the governing law of the contract, use the law in addition to the contract, if those obligations are mandatory according to the law. Otherwise, respect the contract as it is, or try to solve the problem by signing an addendum to the contract together with your contracting party.
