What type of skill's will be useful to work in a team?

I think that the most useful skills to work in a team is the communication skills and attitude as this will help to develop the teamwork climate as follow:-

·        Listen carefully and attentively to others is the key for others to feel comfortable and to open up with ideas and feelings for a certain subject or a case.

·        Positive Interaction with other team members and to initiate conversations.

·        Individual can express him/her self clearly in an objective way.

·        Can sense how others received him/her or the other team member’s nonverbal reactions.

·        Willing to support and provide help when needed.

·        Respect others and deal with professionalism.

·        The desire to learn either from situations or from others.

Good communication ,   mutual respect  , cooperation , professionalism.

Not keep listening to your own voice all the time.

You obviously need to be good at persuasion.
