I could witness most of the payments by Cash mainly and Debit/Credit cards by the individuals.  Corporates may opt for Bank transfer/Cheque or Demand Drafts as per their preference--Almost all require the payments to be acknowledge by a receipt, hence the individual option mainly on cash and cards. Cheques usually accepted only from First class customers...as Health care institutions  prefer least botheration and not likely as in the case of regular business houses.

4. All of the above, being Cash or Credit card from Individuals at OPD. While cheque or bank transfer accepted from In patients.

All methods of payment will be accepted and recognized. The answer is all of the above.
