Can you suggest me a 'title' other than CEO/director for my new business card? I have a start-up offering marketing, general trading services.

It depends the company's image and the level of management, may be you can use the - Managing Director or Chief Executive Officer or President....

Why not consider - 'Principal Consultant'?

My business card has no title.  I prefer it that way.  It allows me as CEO to take on various roles depending on the context.  At times I visit external parties as a Customer Care Executive, other times as a Sales Professional, and often as a Technology Consultant.  I feel a title on my card would limit my flexibility and would create preconceived notions of what I am willing and able to do.
