AT FIRST ITS IMPORTANT TO CONVIENCE THE POOR EMPLOYEE THAT HE IS BEST.

AFTER THAT SLOWLY POINTING OUT HIS BIGGEST MISTAKES AS HIS ONLY PROBLEM AND CONVINCE HIM THAT, " ONCE YOU CORRECT THAT PARTICULAR MISTAKE THEN U'LL BE THE BEST IN THE TEAM."

 

IMPORTANT THING IN CONFLICT WE SHOULD NOT COMPARE EMPLOYEE WITH ANYONE., IF SO THEY WILL START COMPARING THEMSELF WITH THE PERSON WHO ARE MUCH POORER IN WORK THAN THEM.

 

AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE PRAISING THEIR GOOD HABBITS AND STRENGTHS WILL MOTIVAE THEM AND KEEP THEM GOOD ON THE THINGS WHICH WE PRAISE. BY POINTING OUT THEIR MISTAKES ONE BY ONE WE CAN CORRECT THEM EASILY.
