Following are the most important things in the todays competitative world to survive our company ==> Unique offering to the customers.
The unique offering will give you brand recognization.
==> Competative pricing with decent margin (You may have to work out for doing so).
The customer should feel the value of the product.
This is also linked with the unique offering.
If your unique offering to too strong then you can keep the pricing little higher then the competitors.
So it is just a trade off between these two.
==> Excellent after sales service and building the trust level of customer in this aspect.
==> Healthy dealer / distributor network to serve the customers.
==> Dedicated sales force to control and monitoer the sales.
I feel that these are the4-5 points are most important to survive in the competative world.
