Why always companies need a person with relevant experience rather then relevant qualification?

Ready to do Any work in any circumstance

I think that because who have experience " who experement all circumistances, obstacles, urgent work, pressure and made many mistakes which means he is able to solve problems and expect other obstacles to be solved" For sure qualification is important..and still with work and experience these qualification would be developed.
