Words that are both trite and ineffective : "Innovative".
"Exciting".
"Discount".
"Guarantee".
"Honestly".
"Collaborate".
"Opportunity".
"Quota".

we should avoid hesitation negative answers or not evident andr not sure, but, i think i don't know may be negative attitude avoid to speak about details and you're not well informed

Use the words Investment or Total Amount instead of Price or Cost, because when people hear the words price or cost, the first thing that comes to their mind is money and people do not want to spend money.
Use the words Own instead of Buy, again if you mention the word buy, the customer will be reluctant and they do not want to buy, however if you use the word Own, the customer will envision himself owning the product or the service already.
Never use the words Problems and Objections, for example, if the customer is telling you that he might be having an objection in buying your product or service, convince him by using the word Challenge instead of Objections.
If he tells you that he might have a problem by purchasing the product or service, tell him that you understand his Area Of Concern and you assure him that it will not be an obstacle.
Never describe your products or services as Cheaper than other competitors instead use the work Economical because no one will want to be sold something Cheap.

First of all for being a good sales man you have to build customers trust by saying truth.
Never commit what you cann't do.
Fake commitment destroy your trust.
Avoid to say NO sir we cannot, Always use words like "currently we are not but we will try our best to provide you best of it".
