Which is the key to a successful executive level presentation? An executive summary or a dashboard?

for me dash board is more effective, as it gives the required information and limits unwanted questions at the same time....

A dashboard would be more appropriate since it has all the necessary data at one place and it's easy to make relations between various divisions. One thing you might want to do when using dashboard would be a laser pen to guide the audience between sections. :-)
