مــاهو السبب الرئيسي في قلـــة الوظائــــف؟ What is the main reason for the lack of jobs

Horrible economical situation which is caused by increasing political instability all around the world!

الازمة المالية العالمية الحروب في سوريا فلسطين العراق مما يؤدي الى زيادة الايدي العاملة في بلد غير بلدها

I know many will not agree with this theory but I believe that jobs are a limited resource.
Manufacturing jobs probably carry the greatest employee base because of the number of jobs necessary to take a product from research and development through sales.
However, manufacturing jobs are not widely spread.
Other positions require less labor force comparative to the number of people joining the workforce annually.
The number of jobs available will never pace the number of people entering the work force so there will always be a shortage of jobs.
In times of economic scarcity it becomes worse because there is less free capital available so therefore many positions are cut to save the corporate structure.
It works like supply and demand.
What most of the globe experienced was an economic crisis (not all but many countries).
The capital markets shrunk there was no expansion but retraction.
However, more and more people entered the workforce (new graduates).
Therefore, we saw unemployment rates rise.
As long as the market remains retracted you will continue to see unemployment rates rise because the market will be flooded with human resource and not enough positions to hold them.
This is my humble opinion.

الانكماش الاقتصادي والحروب والازمات

One of the main reasons for the lack of jobs is the insufficient mobility of labour.
Employers and job seekers are looking for each other, but they do not meet very easily.

نقص الاستثمار وقلة القطاعات وعدم مبالاة الدولة

السبب الرئيسي الابتعاد عن تطبيق الشريعة الاسلامية في التعاملات كافة...مماسبب الازمة الاقتصادية و زيادة البطالة و البحث دائما عن المصلحة الشخصية وعدم معرفة حدود الصواب و الخطأ..
الازمة الاقتصادية و المالية مجرد حجة لزيادة البطالة((البنوك و المؤسسات التي تتعامل بمعاملات اسلامية وفق الكتاب و السنة (الشريعة الاسلامية )زادت ارباحها ووظائفها ولم تتأثر بالازمة الاقتصادية

الضعف الاقتصادي للدولة وعدم إكتراثها باصحاب الايادي المؤهلة
