If you overload an employee he/she will get stressed. Share the workload evenly amongst the staff.
Some employees are afraid to admit that they are stressed but we as managers should be looking for the signs to help them i.e. Tiredness, being quick tempered, making lots of mistakes, not working as part of a team etc
