As I have found here in the USA it is not what you can do, it is whom you know ... and in the south it is still the good old boy system with having your golf clubs in the car .... doing business on the green

perfect idea, glad to help anyone, but as stated above, I don't here from anybody getting a job trough Bayt, not even a mail or call or request for info, nothing.
I have bought promotions, tried anything, I an a three way engineer and PM , nothing, rewrote my CV three times, with the help from experts, but everybody wants to see it differently.

Absolutely possible, but bayt needs more actions for moderators as Learning & Development programs (In-person, online, overseas training, exposure visit with minimum cost).
