I think there are many experts already achieving the highest rank (Diamond). Thus, to stimulate them & motivate them ....

Bayt should come up with some higher levels.. 

Below are some suggestions.... You may add more, suggest the best or disagree... :-)

Condition: All suggestions should be more valuer than "Diamond".

I believe rankings mean nothing. Getting feedback for jobs applied from companies will motivate Bayt users.

I think the site is doing a good job. They are upgrading the site very frequently. Moreover the candidates are not going to be as active as they are after they get a deserving job. I have never given a though about this subject and i feel i am not in a position to offer any suggestion at present.

Just to express my opinion:

Separate Ranking for Questions and Answers could prove a better solution. Answering questions in a serious way is very important; an employer will be more interested to evaluate answers first. The participants are also interested to know the best out of it or by combining all of them. Candidates can better perform in the interview also with clear answers and avoid chances many mistakes .

Good answers require good questions and good questions in turn require good answers. One should be capable to  identify  them to apt specialties they have selected to train and develop themselves. (is also a must)

Many youngsters answer questions very excellent.  Even though they are not Diamond ranked yet their answers are "Diamonds".

As per the present system to a get a Diamond rank is not tough job if efforts are just initiated.
