What is the basic criteria for selecting ERP system ?

Basic criteria for ERP should be Modules integration, implementation, technology/platform, easy to operate from users prespective, some ERPs like SAP take lot of time for implementation and it goes well with global enterprise,unlike Oracle/MS Dynamics which is suitable for Big, medium and small enterprises with less complexity in implementation, managing and support.
