It would be equtable monthly instalments.

Now this can be tailormade to suit ur pocket.

Alower EMI over an extented period. Or a higher EMI for a shorter period. Processing charges also vary frombank to bank. Swiftness in the granting of loan is also important.

All these factors are important including the mothly payout of EMI in choosing of a bank loan.
