What are the most important personal skills to find in a teacher?

The most important person skills are:

- Listening

- Understanding the audience's needs

- Patience

- Honesty

- Passion for the subject

- Ability to mentor and grow students

- Drive to get better with the subject

I have had various teaching assignments in India with management institutes on topics such as corporate communications, branding, employee communications and advertising. If there are opportunities in the Middle East will be happy to explore.
