Which country is the world's biggest exporter of scrap?

As I answered in the previous question, the world's biggest exporter of scrap is United States.

In2014, EU, US, Japan, Russia in that order.

USA is the Biggest Exporter of Scrap and in that order EU, Japan, Canada, Russia are also the Big Exporters of Scrap.

I am not very sure but i think it is the US.
