We all MUST make Plan by listing the items ( ex: Physical Count for Stock / Confirmation with supplier and Customers / finish all the entry for all shipments / sending confirmation to banks / etc...)after co-ordinate with our stuff and list the role of each person , also select one person to follow up and make file for Audit and closing year end.
