I understood your ? as this that you want to say : In business everyone gets to become a dog for eating or living . And behaves like a dog but in actual sense in academics / education we teach morals and values . Yes, thats life and difference between being practical and being theoretical . One should be practical cum theoretical & not theoretical with being practical. But, normally with age / exposure & experience we become practical & theoretical knowledge is gathered in first25 years of life .
