AFTER PLANNING A PROJECT,WHAT SHOULD BE THE NEXT STEP TO BE FOLLOWED FOR PLANNING A PROJECT?

Initialization.

While completing the Planning phase, this will generate by the end of this phase a Project Management Plan. So, the next phase is to execute the project by using the planned existing resources to do the tasks based on the produced Project Management Plan which works as a Roadmap.

After planning the project ,Next is Execution but parallel the planner have to monitor the progress and resources ,what is planned and what is actual going on

Monitoring & Control

Initiation of execution according to the planning schedule.

After planning the next stage is execute the project according to the planning.

planning for resources - materials, manpower, machinery and then initializing execution.
