An NDT Level3, can train and make other Engineers/Workmen as NDT Level2 or1 as per their competency. Moreover a Level3 has the right to accept or reject the report certified by Level2
NDT Level III inspector work slightly differs from the other inspectors, since he is level III in NDT methods he can make procedures and at the same time he can review the procedures for NDT methods. Apart from that he is the person evaluates all NDT methods. Lastly he is responsible for all NDT activities carried out under his premises
Inspect the quality of defect inspection and make sure that the technicians are following standard procedure and minimize the error
