Growth in Africa and how to get in while it is still early.  Many businesses are nascent and others are still yet to be born.  There are many burgeoning or current oil rich countries there that lack, for instance, infrastructure, or services to manage the many side products/services that go along with an industry as vast as the O&G industry.  Technology.  Medical.  Construction.  The list goes on.
