Why not, every competent professional can work in any culture and environment. Especially managerial level can’t succeed without flexibility to work in any culture and environment
office environment and culture are very important for the employees performance. knowing or unknowingly every one is the part of that culture and if there is any problem you will also suffer in any way. So its totally depends upon the person's flexible nature. if he is able to adjust its fine otherwise its not possible to work.
Easier said than done. It's a long learning jouney, and takes years to learn. With patience and adaptation process it's finally possible. I have worked in a multi cultural company with staff from130 countries, seen the challenges, mine and others.
