Yes and these marketing techniques include public relations, trade and consumer promotions, point-of-sale materials, editorial, publicity and sales literature.

A marketing strategy is an overall marketing plan designed to meet the needs and requirements of customers. The plan should be based on clear objectives. A number of techniques will then be employed to make sure that the marketing plan is effectively delivered.

Advertising, promotion, packaging and branding are important marketing tools which are used to make products and services more desirable and hence increase sales and profits by compelling the audience to react immediately.

Do u need them to respond NOW, so, kill the reasons that make them delay. also chose the right time for ur service or product launching to fit with their ultimate potential response.

For the Price attractions and stock reasons--these types of compulsions are friendly in nature and being their well wishers always.

Of course Yes. Any marketer wants their prospect or the targeted audience to respond at the earliest.I normally do it at the time of Government Budget. I tell the prospect to buy it now to avail the price benefit which may not be possible for tomorrow.

Thank you for addressing your question to me. It is a very interesting question particularly since every marketer aspires for a spontaneous response from the target audience. Incidentally I have a different opinion. I have learnt to believe in PULL STRATEGY rather than PUSH STRATEGY . Nothing sells out of desperation and over my over30years of experience I never got response sitting hand on hand and pushing customers to buy. I learnt over the years that if target audience is not responding then the fault is in my strategy. I have to make efforts to correct that rather than expressing desperation, the results fall in place after corrections in strategy only. This is my personal experience and opinion without any offence to other experts as all of us work in different markets and with different product profiles.

Yes, definitely. In order to sustain 'Existing customer base' & along with 'attracting new customer's to our base' we ensure all activities starting from Product packaging to end consumption & try to be the part of the experience thus able to keep the customer's satisfied & able to attract new customer's simultaneously.

First, because there is someone else waiting your failure ,to respond and take your place. Second will cost lags in response losses more to convince him. Third is also loses ,profits that you reaped if the response was quick

If you can't market your 'summer season clothing line' well in advance of summer season, you miss the opportunity to make great sales. Timing is crucial.
