smile is the key from which you can motivate your team, and a smiling face can get work more hard, and it can easily achieve the targets.

A smile can bridge the gap between manager and subordinate.  Even in a rough or tough situation a smile will encourage the other person not to give up.  A smiling manager can boost the confidence of his subordinates in the worst of situations.

A smile, it can motivate, it can remove the negativity and may encourage a team work, it can better up the working relations and the work environment, and it costs nothing !!
