As a female, how do you handle your male co worker who seems intimidated by you?

yes i can handle male & female worker professionally

being in the same office. First , I will try to neglect, what is going on.Then, I may explain that we are co workers , no more than that.

My first instinct would be to approach this person and attempt to collaborate with him on a project .AS a result,he can acknowledge my skills and professionalism as a woman,and not discriminate on gender basis

I just all female employees to use whistle blower policy and immediately inform the same to concerned authorities, may be Hr may be senior manager, this should not be tolerated at all.

I believe in team work even if I find anything intimidating, I will make sure it doesn't affect the result expected from my team
