Education and experience go hand in hand. i would prefer to work with a well educated person because my job demands it. there are other technical jobs which needs well trained person to concentrate on a particular skilled task. So both of them are needed according to the demand of the job.

Mr Bhojraj : My View :- We. should have both people around at work .

Well trained :- should sharpen your skills better & should never let you down internally or externally because skill becomes perfect by sharing is my view .

Well educated : - They respect people & they should respect because they are a bridge internally between the skilled/ semi skilled & unskilled people .

If you mean with "better working" having a good work environment, training or education has no effect on that. it is their personality that matters.

If you mean with "better working" better performance and personal development, it depends on the business you are in. In technical environment, I learn more from well trained people. They usually come up with things that you cannot learn from books.

Well trained people are more important because they have skills no just information.
