Do we need business plan software to develop business plans?

Business plan software usually do just the design and the outlining the plan, but the work should be done by the specialist himself/herself. I man the narrative part and the financial section are not done by the software. 

Not necessary. Business plan is as old as business itself. the software only help us to  make the work easier. Human element is definitely important in developing a business plan.
