How hard can it be to find legal or office support jobs in Dubai or in the Middle east at all?

It all depends on the connection that you have, if you are out side the job's country , the employer will avoid to recruit unless  you are unique in your field and there is an urgent need , if you are in the country , it's not easy to get a good job without good connection.
