In applying as safety officer, is it okay if i only have IOSH certificate or they prefer NEBOSH certificate?

well , It depends on the employer itself , and the standard they are following , you may find some employer that follow American Standards ask for OSHA certifications , mean while other employers may ask for NEBOSH or IOSH . from my point  of view I can say that NEBOSH is more demanded by most employers in the Middle East
