VISION ,,,,  DEDICATION ,,,, RECOGNITION 

Commitment for strategies and decisions, Recognition and care for hard work,loyalty and dedication in case working with a Management Team or part of it.

In case of Business reputation by all means.

Maintaining good quality and not quantity, company for customers and not customers for company, strategic planning and executing, creativity, team work, respect for individuals, give opportunity for individual talents. Etc.

A business stands out for me based on their success rate over the years, their employee satisfaction, reputation, standards, their corporate values and governance.

 

In management, honesty, integrity, professionalism, dedication and commitment towards success, a problem solver, has a keen eye for details and able to notice a niche in employee skills and shortages, well mannered, respectful and a team player!

From  my physical experiences is always be ( Honest with your stuff & One Of them )

Then they will give you all and everything and in bad times they will all stand by you as you have been before.

In my opinion that is a Vision, dedication, recognition,hard work.
