Being a project manager, are you able to implement all the given knowledge areas in one project ?

Project Manager does not implement all the knowledge areas in one project. It depends upon the agreement between the Project Manager and Project Team about the processes that need more emphasis and others which need not to be implemented.

Moreover, during project roll-out; all efforts are done to meet customer expectations according to the approved scope statement but it does not bind a project manager to implement all process in every project.
